Necro chest armor - Guild Wars Forums

Been looking all over in the starter area, and I can't seem to find the collecter who gives it anywhere. I've seen one guy who had it, but he wasn't talking.

Edit: Upon performing a pretty freakin' thourough search of the area, I'm forced to the conclusion that the list isn't correct. I couldn't find Findley anywhere. I found Hatcher with a group of drunken hunters, but Hatcher has decided to stop trading for things.
